SkyOne

At the gateway to the Bahnstadt, SkyOne is the Max-Jarecki-Foundation’s third building. As the new German headquarters of Ascendis Pharma GmbH, SkyOne will be a state-of-the-art biopharmaceutical research facility. The building was developed in conjunction with its future tenant, and will thus be fully adapted to the needs of Ascendis Pharma.

This project, together with the already completed SkyLabs and SkyAngle buildings, illustrates the strong and ongoing commitment that the Max-Jarecki-Foundation has to Heidelberg and the Bahnstadt. The joint goal of the Foundation and Skylabs Development & Construction was, and remains, to make this Heidelberg sector steadily more attractive for research-based companies and to continuously promote development in the fields of technology and science in the region.
