We, Skylabs Development & Construction GmbH, headquartered in Heidelberg, act as project developer and asset manager for the Max-Jarecki-Foundation. Our collective experience, as well as our present and future goals are focused around the development of office and laboratory real estate.
Since 2009, in cooperation with numerous local, regional, national and international partners, we have been planning and developing sites in the up-and-coming Bahnstadt district of Heidelberg. We build, market, maintain, rent out and hold the properties in our portfolio. In doing so, we not only support our customers, but also realize their visions - from initial idea to move-in.

The partnership between the Jarecki family and the city of Heidelberg, which started over a decade ago and is focused on the Bahnstadt development, is not only expressed in our commitment to the city, but is also clearly visible within the company.
